Used bioMérieux EasyQ Incubator to control the temperature-time profile of a rack of 0.2 ml tubes. This version (285204) can hold either up to 96 x 0.2ml tubes or 1 x “V” well 96 well plate. The Heated Lid allows the EasyQ Incubator to be used for higher temperature protocols without the need for mineral oil overlays. Such vapor barriers are normally required to prevent evaporation of reaction constituents during thermal cycling. The EasyQ Incubator can be used for static temperature sample incubations, within a sample temperature range of ambient +10 °C-99 °C.
